The final stage of Infinite Mode in PokeroGue is floor 5850. A Paradox Pokémon appears as a boss every 50 floors, and Muddinosaur appears as a Jinbos every 250 floors. However, floor 5850 is the last floor, so the Paradox Pokémon appears as if it were the final boss.
The final boss at the end is a randomly appearing Paradox Pokémon, so you can easily clear it by fighting it like you would a 50-floor Pokémon.
